Mounting holder for a semiconductor laser system for observing the parameters of the laser beam in a spectrum analyzer. It includes the focusing lens assembly, the laser power supply and modulation assembly, and the laser diode itself. The design allows the beam to be guided and focused on the photodetector in a repeatable manner.
