During 20-21 March 2019, Mr. Mariusz Władowski, the representative of the Optotom company, was a guest in the laboratories of the Nanometrology Group. Mr. Mariusz came to us with the Sensofar PluApex optical profilometer. As part of the cooperation, the measurements of topography of CrCo alloy samples and surface of two-dimensional materials were carried out.
